The Beacon Hill Board and Associa are working hard on completing the transition process from PPM to Associa.  We are still waiting to get the Fob management system transferred to Associa, and the Board is reviewing the rental agreement terms, payment terms, and finding new cleaning people.

 

Until all this is finalized, The Sevens will not be available to rent.  We do not have the ability to give access to The Sevens until the Fob management system is transferred and all other components for renting are complete.

 

We will publicize all information when it is finalized.
