About Us

Beacon Hill is a Boston-style community boasting the feel of urban living in a suburban setting. We are ethnically diverse, comprised of single professionals, young families, to empty nesters. A short walk to Deerfield Town Center may be all you need in a day, from your local Whole Foods grocer, barber, banking, a new outfit, or better yet a multitude of restaurant choices, and let's not forget about Graeters and Regal Cinema! 

 

We are an active, volunteer based community. Every April we hold the annual HOA meeting. At that time committees are refreshed with new volunteers, HOA board members are also nominated, and elected by residents at that time. Remember, living in a community is an accident of geography. Being a neighbor is an active choice.
